Ochre Sun Skincare – Return and Refund Policy
At Ochre Sun Skincare, we take great pride in our premium Australian-made skincare. Our Legacy Kit is a limited-edition release currently in production and will be available for delivery at the end of December this year.
As these products are made especially for our Legacy Clients, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Pre-Order Policy
By purchasing the Legacy Kit, you are securing a pre-order. The kit will be shipped once production is complete (expected by the end of December). You will receive regular updates by email about the status of your order.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, because this is a pre-order and a limited release, returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Please Note:
We cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
Change of mind is not eligible for a refund or exchange, as this is a limited-edition production.
Refunds
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to change of mind after the purchase has been confirmed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

How to Return a Product

to request a return authorisation.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available).
Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorisation email. Please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process the refund or replacement.
