At Ochre Sun Skincare, we are committed to delivering your Legacy Kit with care and efficiency. As this is a limited-edition pre-order, all shipments will begin once production is complete (expected end of December [ano]).

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and provide tracking details once your kit has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes

Australia: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.

United States: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch.

China: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Rest of World: Estimated delivery 10–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, peak holiday periods, and courier service availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Pre-Orders

Since the Legacy Kit is currently in production:

Orders placed now are pre-orders and will ship once production is complete.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days at info@ochresun.com
 with your order number and details. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
